Frequently Asked Questions..............
(1) How soon will my order be shipped?
As long as the item is in stock- and is received by 3:00 p.m. CST - (Mon.-Fri. )- we will make every effort to ship the same day. If this is not possible we will ship the following business day. Special requests or personalizations may take an additional 5-7 business days. We will however be happy to keep you informed of the status of your order. You can always email us at: contact@sweetiebugbaby.com and we will be happy to respond to your email within 24 hours!
(2) What if I'm unhappy with the product? Do you accept returns/exchanges?
Yes! As long as you return the unused item within 14 calendar days of receiving your order we will be happy to give you a full refund (less the cost of any S&H) or give you an exchange with any of our other items in stock. Unfortunately any item that has been personalized cannot be returned. Rest assured however that all of our items are inspected for quality before they are shipped! If you decide you want to return or exchange an item - please email us at: contact@sweetiebugbaby.com for further instructions. Please include your order # on your email.
(3) Why use PayPal? Do you accept other forms of payments?
PayPal is a widely recognized payment merchant. It ensures the security of your credit card information and protects your online transactions. If you are not currently registered with PayPal you'll be walked through the process when completing your transaction. The registration process is a simple one. Once you have registered you'll be able to go through PayPal not only for Sweetie Bug purchases but also with all other locations where you see PayPal displayed. We also accept all major credit cards - Mastercard, Visa, Discover and American Express - on our secure checkout!
(4) One of the products I was wanting is no longer available. Is it possible to have another one made?
We will make every effort to provide you with the product you are wanting. Unfortunately some of the items are "one of a kind" and the fabrics may no longer be available. We can try to match color requests, etc. and do our best to provide you with a similar item. Your satisfaction is very important to us!!
(5) Can you tell me when a sales tax will be charged?
We must charge an 8.25% sales tax on any items shipped to a Texas address. Sales tax will not be applied to items shipped outside of Texas.
(6) Will you ship outside the continental U.S.?
Yes!!! We will be happy to ship outside the continental U.S. however there will be a shipping charge. Once you place your order - we will email you with further information regarding shipping pricing. No shipping charges will be applied to your order without you completing the final steps and approving the shipping charges.
